Attorney LaRivee has represented clients in a variety of civil matters including real estate, landlord/tenant disputes, collections, probate, wills, personal injury, products liability, family law, litigation through jury trial, appeals, business issues, employment, and disability claims (ERISA and Social Security). Recent emphasis has been on disability claims, personal injury and the planning and administration of small estates. Fees are set on either an hourly, contingent, flat rate, or blended basis depending on the type of matter. Please call for further details. Attorney LaRivee represents clients throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

The Law office of John J. LaRivee, Esq. was established as a solo law practice in 1994. Most cases are taken on through word of mouth referrals from other attorneys and former clients.  A relatively small practice is maintained in order to provide personal, friendly and thorough service, while the attorney also pursues his interest in teaching.  

Early Legal Experience

Associate Attorney, Kahn & Brown, Nashua NH 1992-1994 (subsequently merged with Sullivan & Gregg), responsible for representation of clients in all phases of civil litigation through trial and appeal. Prepared, briefed and twice argued cases before the New Hampshire Supreme Court. Participated in cases resulting in cited published decisions. Please see:
